Finishing - Blasting facilities allow us to offer various finishes to a wide range of fabricated materials.

Hygienic Tanks and Vessels - All tanks and vessels made are custom made to BSEN 288 standards including all weld procedures undertaken offering stainless pressure and vacum vessels.

Laser Cutting - Our state of the art laser and specialized software result in less rejects, material wastage, specialist tooling and material cost savings.

On Site Fabrication - All site employees are qualified to E.C.T.I.B, with the ability to specialize in individual disciplines.

Pipework - We are able to fabricate all manor of pipework systems very quickly and efficiently using our specialized pulled tees and weldless tafts.

Q-Pipe - We can offer a range of Q-pipe from Flanged Fabricated Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Alloy pipe work, in sizes from 25mm to 419mm I/D.

Waterjet Cutting - The latest CNC machine operating at 60,000 psi with an accuracy of +/- 0.4.

Welding - All items welded at ABC Stainless are welded by BSEN287-1 qualified welders, using both TIG and Mig.

Having invested far over a million pounds in the last 3 years purchasing the latest machinery and fabrication equipment including CNC waterjet and laser cutting facilities, Rotary Welding Equipment and other services some of which are unique to the company, including specialized software designed to reduce wastage and cut customer costs.

We welcome enquires of all manner of stainless steel products, in either ANSI304, ANSI316 or Duplex grades, and other materials Aluminium, Mild Steel, and Manganese with welding undertaken by BSEN287-1 qualified welders, together with in house bead, grit or various polished finishes.

Being able to offer such a wide range of fabrication materials, means that we are associated and work along side other industrial areas utilising quality assurance methods gained from the brewery, food and drink, off shore petroleum chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical petrochemical, waste water treatment and associated industries, with many of our facilities being requested as standard in tender enquiries.
